University education has developed for many years, but its education model has not changed greatly. It has been only open to a few people, and many people do not have the opportunity to enjoy university education; College students fail to effectively participate in social practice; college education has not been able to interact more with society. In order to solve this problem, we need to launch a campaign to appeal to the public to participate in learning, universities to open resources and social participation and support.
Civic University is an open learning system for all people. Its core is to build a learning terminal in the city, form an urban learning network with multiple terminals, and build a convenient, efficient and interconnected learning ecology
In terms of architecture, use urban public land for site selection; use the surrounding buildings to strengthen the external contact of the terminal; building space to meet the future needs by making use of building developability; using typology to construct a terminal system. In terms of cities, the community and the government give policy support, the land gives site selection advantages, and the media gives publicity media. In terms of knowledge, terminal constructs a knowledge system through data transmission based on new technologies (5g, metaverse, VR, AI, etc.); In terms of learners, terminal helps local people learn knowledge and skills by attracting school students and playing their role in participating in and leading learning
As a manifesto architecture, terminal takes into account a series of factors such as society, culture, government, transportation and architecture, and looks forward to establishing a future-oriented diversified learning system. The terminal in the network will be developed around a design prototype. Through the experiment, summarize the shortcomings and carry forward the advantages. The logical method of the final terminal is copied to other terminals to help better form the learning terminal network.

About me
I am Le Ma, a post-graduate student at Cardiff University. I am majoring in Master of Art, Architecture Design. I pay attention to the influence of interdisciplinary research on architecture; I am good at logical analysis, space design and future form exploration of architecture based on theory, and have my unique views on the development of architecture in the future; I have the goal of helping the development of the construction industry and becoming a leader in the industry. I believe that only by continuous learning and lifelong learning we can build our knowledge system and explore the new direction of the integration of architecture, philosophy, art and science and technology.
